Added 2 new circuits.
Fished new wires from circuit box in basement through finished basement
ceiling to hole drilled in the sill plate here.
One goes to new outlet high on the wall of the small bedroom.
The other goes to the inside outlet and switched outside outlet on
the north wall (away from the street) of the vestibule.

south wall (facing the street) -- are added to the existing living room
circuit.
