Pictures of George's land in the Bahamas

Land is pretty thick with growth, and not much around it.  We went by one house on the way in.

Valerie here at the cottage says we could hire locals to clear it.  The government has a deal with the electric company that will provide service to anyone in that area (Bahama Sounds) for $1000.  Also would cost ~ $1500 to have a well put in for water.  Seems reasonable.  I can only imagine it would be beautiful property when cleared.  I am attaching some pictures....

The island is nothing like the glitz and glamour of Nassau or Grand Island.  Very 3rd world-ish, and not very developed.  Charming in its own way.  Going into a Bar and Grill with open air, none of the businesses have air conditioning, etc.
