Papier-mache wall hanging.  Looks like clay.  Decorated with HUNDREDS of shells, flowers, fibers.

Yes, it really is papier-mache, not pottery.  The handles may be real wood.  Very hard to tell without touching, and we didn't want to be thrown out.   Note all the cool sediment that has "settled" into the grooves of the streambed-like neck.
