Oom Rijk was the "banketbakker" of the family.
Marijke got many of her famous cookie recipes from him. Hoi Fred, I road your mail about Oom Rijk,the name of his wife is Ety. In the papers it is Eektje, but we always say Ety. She is still alife ,lives in Eindhoven, is 87 years old, and I see here nearly every sunday in church or I visit here. Here appartment is only 15 min. by bike from my hous. Greetings Ingrid. |
