When I work, I like to have a standard set of terminal tabs/windows open.  I always have the main VBZ source directory, mongoDB, mongo shell, elasticsearch, and coffee-script watch tabs open in one terminal window.  And I have them in a specific order.

I wrote a script that opens all those tabs in the right order with titles...see attached if you're interested.
